Healthcare professionals are paid directly by the provider they work with. Payment terms are agreed between you and the provider.

Cancellations are handled directly between providers and professionals. Shiftra is not responsible for fees, cancellations, or compensation.
Professionals: No fees.
Providers: Introductory or subscription fees may apply (outlined at sign-up).
